5:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Pickup Basketball and Skills Development for 5-7 year olds - Basketball Clinic/Pick-up Game
For ages 5-7. Must be registered. Children will be taught basic basketball skills and then split into teams for friendly pick-up games on basketball hoops lowered to 8ft. The season will run on Tuesday nights 5:30-7:30, September-May, at Summit Park Elementary in alignment with the BCPS schedule (games will not occur when schools are closed for holidays or when gym is in use for school events). This is a relaxed, low commitment opportunity. Registered children may come every week or simply when their schedule allows. This program is all volunteer lead, so parent volunteers are needed (please complete the no fee registration below). All proceeds will stay with Greater Pikesville Recreation (costs cover the rental of the gym, no shirts or other sporting goods will be provided). Plan to send a basketball with your child.
