All volunteers must submit annually to a free background check provided by Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks. Click HERE for more information and application link (Select D-K/Greater Pikesville).

Program Fees

  • The age cutoff date is August 31st for most divisions, except Pony (13-14) which has a cutoff date of April 30th.
  • There is a $10 non-refundable administrative cost, and refunds will only be available until March 15th, when rosters are formed. Contact info@wellwoodbaseball.org to request a refund
  • $10 Sibling Discount is automatically applied for each additional registration from the same household
  • $25 Late Registration fee will be applied to all registrations received after February 19, 2025 (note that late registrations may be put on a waiting list if space is not available)

Donations & Sponsorships

  • Please consider making a Donation to help Wellwood Baseball or assist by Sponsoring a team. Simply go to the Make a Donation page or the Sponsorships page once you have registered your child, and add your Donation or Sponsorship to your cart
  • Donations can be made in amounts from $5 to $1,000
  • Sponsorships cost $350 and are tax deductible. In exchange for your generosity your company name will be displayed on our fields, a framed team photo, your logo and a link to your website on the sponsor page of the Wellwood Baseball website, and of course that warm, tingly feeling that comes from knowing that you’re helping kids learn baseball, make new friends, and create lifelong memories.
